Plus, the attention to detail is impressive, from the nicely decorated rooms with big windows and balcony, to the variety of options at breakfast. The location is another highlight, as it is really close to the historical center and within walking distance of downtown. You can even enjoy the view of the Cuenca football stadium right next door.

I had the most incredible view of the football stadium from my deluxe room at Tryp. The floor to ceiling glass wall allowed me to watch the game comfortably from my comfy chair. The fully stocked mini fridge and snacks were a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and spacious with a double sinked bathroom and walk-in shower. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, from holding our bags to arranging a cab to the airport. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, stunning views, and thoughtful amenities.
